For all-star coaches, gym owners, high school coaches and cheer creators. Share your link; when a family buys the Compass Report or the Playbook, you earn a commission that climbs from 10% to 20% as your sales grow.

How it works

  1. STEP 1ApplyTell us who you coach or create for. We review every application, usually within a week.

  3. STEP 3Earn on every saleFamilies who buy within 30 days of clicking your link count as your sales. Commission climbs as you hit each sales goal.

The commission ladder

Start at 10%. Reach 20%.

Every qualifying sale in a calendar year moves you up the ladder. When you reach a new tier, that sale and every sale after it pays the higher rate for the rest of the year.

Compass and Playbook sales both count toward your tier. Refunded or cancelled orders don't. Tiers reset each January 1.

Disclosure

Tell your audience you earn a commission. Every time.

Federal Trade Commission rules require it, and families trust you more when you're upfront. Put the disclosure where people will see it before they click, in the same language as the post.

Do
  • Start captions with "#ad" or "Paid partner of College Cheer Compass".
  • In videos, say it out loud and put it on screen: "I earn a commission if you buy through my link."
  • On link-in-bio pages and emails, put the disclosure next to the link.
  • Share your honest experience. If you haven't used the product, say so.
Don't
  • Hide the disclosure in a hashtag pile, behind "more" or only on your profile.
  • Promise a roster spot, a scholarship, admission or a specific dollar amount.
  • Use college or Varsity logos, or suggest any school or coach endorses us.
  • Bid on "College Cheer Compass" or "Cheer Compass" in search ads, or send spam.

Questions

When and how do I get paid?

Commissions are paid monthly by our checkout and payouts partner once a sale is past the 30-day refund window and your balance is at least $50. You'll be asked for payout and tax details when you join.

How long does my link count?

30 days from the family's last click on your link. If they click another partner's link after yours, the most recent click gets credit.

Do the Annual Refresh and other add-ons pay commission?

Not at launch. Commission is paid on the Compass Report ($347) and the College Cheer Playbook ($127), on the price the family actually pays after any discount.

Can I buy through my own link?

No. Purchases for yourself, your own athlete or your household don't earn commission.

Do tiers reset?

Yes, on January 1 each year. Rates aren't applied retroactively: sales before you reach a tier keep the rate they earned.
